Ce bl\u00e9 est d&rsquo;ailleurs ici accompagn\u00e9 d&rsquo;une autre sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 aviaire, l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/lecompagnonrouge.fr\/?p=1483\">Alpiste des Canaries<\/a>. Si il en pr\u00e9sente, elles sont de taille irr\u00e9guli\u00e8res. Le bl\u00e9 dur pr\u00e9sente normalement de longues arr\u00eates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">La comparaison avec d&rsquo;autres bl\u00e9s: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Triticum monococccum, le petit \u00e9peautre, pr\u00e9sente de longues barbes, et ses fleurons m&rsquo;apparaissent plus aplatis. L&rsquo;\u00e9pi est comprim\u00e9 lat\u00e9ralement. Il n&rsquo;y a qu&rsquo;un grain par \u00e9pillet. Ce bl\u00e9 pr\u00e9sente une seule arr\u00eate par \u00e9pillet correspondant \u00e0 la lemme fertile. Noter, de toute fa\u00e7on, que la description du glume donn\u00e9e ici est tr\u00e8s synth\u00e9tique et ne concerne que les bl\u00e9s de tr\u00e8s grandes cultures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">La car\u00e8ne des glumes de Triticum monococcum est marqu\u00e9e de la base au sommet (quand celle de Triticum turgidum est marqu\u00e9e au moins\/surtout \u00e0 la base, et quand celle du bl\u00e9 tendre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ici est faible \u00e0 nulle de la base \u00e0 la moiti\u00e9), et la fleur\/fruit du petit \u00e9peautre nettement plus \u00e9troit.e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">L&rsquo;amidonier, Triticum turgidum subsp. dicoccum, se distingue par des fleurons imbriqu\u00e9s obliquement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Triticum turgidum subp. durum se reconnait \u00e0 ses glumes vraiment tr\u00e8s car\u00e9n\u00e9es de haut en bas, parfois poilues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Le genre Aegilops, bien distinct morphologiquement doit \u00eatre inclus dans Triticum, l&rsquo;ensemble \u00e9tant monophyl\u00e9tique. Les Aegilops ne sont pas car\u00e9n\u00e9s. Existent dans l&rsquo;hexagone Triticum triuncialis subsp. triuncialis, Triticum biuncialis subsp. biuncialis, Triticum geniculata, Triticum neglecta, Triticum ventricosa, Trticum cylindrica, tous au sud de la France (sauf Triticum triuncialis qui atteint la Limagne).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Autre vue du bl\u00e9 tendre, j&rsquo;ai oubli\u00e9 la ligule.
