Chicor\u00e9e am\u00e8re"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Les esp\u00e8ces dans le genre <em>Cichorium<\/em> sont susceptibles de r\u00e9server des difficult\u00e9s. Voir \u00e0 la partie Origine, taxonomie. En cas de doute, ne pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 regarder plusieurs plantes. C&rsquo;est plut\u00f4t le cas ici (une premi\u00e8re plante rencontr\u00e9e r\u00e9pondait mal aux crit\u00e8res). L&rsquo;identification a beaucoup eu lieu sur l&rsquo;habitus, sur les feuilles de la base et basses, sur la pilosit\u00e9 glanduleuse puisqu&rsquo;elle l&rsquo;est (et ne l&rsquo;est pas toujours). Les inflorescences de <em>Cichorium intybus<\/em> sont \u00e0 courts p\u00e9doncules ou pratiquement sessiles. Ces inflorescences pr\u00e9sentent des ligules bleues. La d\u00e9coloration de la fleur est assez rapide. Il n\u2019est donc pas anormal de trouver des fleurs bleues et des presque blanches ou en tous cas beaucoup plus p\u00e2les \u00e0 une heure avanc\u00e9e de la matin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Cichorium intybus<\/em> est ramifi\u00e9 en haut. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Au niveau du capitule, la bract\u00e9e <strong>externe fait en principe moins des 2\/3 de la bract\u00e9e interne<\/strong> soit maximum 70&nbsp;% de la taille (differentiel d\u2019environ 30% mais maximal). Elle est plus courte que chez les deux autres cichorium. Chez <em>Cichorium intybus<\/em>, ces \u00e9cailles sont petites. Ici, l&rsquo;ak\u00e8ne est immature, \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat d&rsquo;ovaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"850\" height=\"615\" src=\"https:\/\/lecompagnonrouge.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/IMG_3740.jpg\" alt=\"Cichorium intybus: ovaire immature. Mais la biologie mol\u00e9culaire semble avoir confirm\u00e9 les esp\u00e8ces (6 dans le monde dont 3 dans l\u2019Hexagone). Les 3 chicor\u00e9es que l&rsquo;on rencontre en France sont diplo\u00efdes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Cichorium inybus<\/em> \u00e9tait autrefois scind\u00e9 en sous esp\u00e8ces.
